Preparing and Delivering Your Order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, standard transit generally takes approximately 5–14 business days. Including processing and transit, orders typically arrive within approximately 6–17 business days after purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather and other circumstances outside normal control.
Once tracking information becomes available, it may be provided through the contact information associated with your order.
Shipping Rates.
Eligible United States orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, applicable charges are calculated during checkout.
Zanqevor™ currently supports worldwide shipping subject to destination and logistics availability.
Delayed, Missing or Unlocated Orders.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact customer support with your order number and available tracking information.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, we may review the circumstances and available carrier information rather than automatically rejecting the inquiry solely because of the tracking status.
Customers should also ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
90-Day Return Policy.
Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery.
Standard returns generally require the product to remain unused or unworn, with applicable tags, original packaging and included components, together with proof of purchase.
Customers must contact us before sending a return so that the appropriate return destination and instructions can be provided.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items.
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, contact us promptly with your order information and supporting photographs or video where relevant.
After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without shifting costs arising from our error to the customer.
How Approved Refunds Are Processed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days after approval.
Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require additional time to display the funds after a refund has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified that a refund was approved and the funds are still not visible, please contact us for assistance.

Website text, product photography, graphics, layouts, product presentations, brand elements, designs and other original content made available through Zanqevor™ may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
